Work method:
Trained at the pioneering psychology faculties of McGill University (Canada) and KU Leuven (Belgium) my practice bridges advanced psychological science and deep dynamic insight. I guide you in finding the balance between connection and autonomy — the common thread in every human development process.
My previous studies in History and Moral Philosophy at Ghent University provide a broad humanistic foundation. This offers me a deep, multifaceted perspective on what it means to be human, both individually and within groups.
Within an emotionally safe and strictly confidential environment, I listen empathetically, actively, and neutrally. By giving words to pain, sorrow, anxiety, or anger (“mettre des mots sur les maux”), positive neurological changes occur. This helps you create a meaningful narrative around your identity, experience, and relationships.
I will help you discover what drives you and where your boundaries lie. When necessary, I challenge you in a constructive way to stimulate your growth process and encourage constructive decisions. Throughout this process, you remain the expert of your unique life story.
